The two men met at the fence in front of the house, Wimbush armed nil', an ax and Tison with his pra-k et knife. Wimbush made a blow with the ax which struck the fence. There was a difference of opinion among the witnesses as to whether he struck at Tison or not Ti-on caught the ax. wrenched it from his opponent's grasp and threw ii behind him, and then grasping the youth with his left hand commenced cutting Idin with the knife in his right hand.
