U. Itldtey filed a caveat with Ordinary Wilkinson to prevent the last will and testament of Mlsa Vaughan from being probated. . It will he refilled that Mlsa Vaughan was an epileptic who was to hove been sent to the asylum through efforts made In her behalf by the Associated charities. She had a small amount of property which brought her In an In come of about 85 a month, hut It was not enough to support her, aa she was terribly afflicted. But before she died she made a will leaving her property to Mrs. W. A. Fowler, Miss Oertte Moore and Mrs. L. I,. Tuggle. The two latter benefl claries, howevar, have renounced all claim to participation In the estate. Attorney Hill also secured a rule nisi which compel! Mrs. Fowler ehow cause at the March term of court why ehe should not be made ro give bond as administratrix. All of theta actions were brought at the Instance of Mra. Carrie L. Rogers, a cousin of Mias Vaughan, who wants the will set aside, alleging that Miss Vaughan was about to be sent to the asylum and was not capable of making a will. In addition. It la alleged by Mrs. Rogers that she kept Mlsa Vaughan for a long time and nuraed and waited u|H,n her. and for this reason she clams she le entitled to what Mies Vaughan left. Generally thla clay Is vary valuable and In cases where big deposits have been found, land U gall ing at high figures. On the Chambliss farm rich deposits wen found and 140,000 was paid for the section of land. The proposed Weetern and Oulf rail way from Amerlcua to Vienna will de velop thla territory, making the. coat of shipping ao very much lighter, that It will pay to develop, these valuable de posits. Another rich deposit was found only about two miles from Amerlcua bn Muckalee creek.
