Altjerman. of the University of Vir ginia, and general supervisor of the Bout hern educational board, attend ed the meeting und conferred with Its membere on educational mattere. The funds in the hands of the cam* paign committee are smaller than usual this year und the allotments to the different Institutions will bu much smaller an a consequence.
