Mrs. Cora L. Floyd, the little con
sumptive woman, whoso pathetic sor

Mr. Cardoza has endeared himself to
the amusement-loving people of At
lanta by hla building up of Ponce De
l-eon Park, and by hla manner of con
ducting the Casino and the amuse
ments at the popular Atlanta summer

It Is understood that he haa received
Instructions from hla company to leave
for Richmond later tn the spring, and
that Mr. Beamans, of Birmingham, will
take hie place aa general representative
of the Wells-Dunne-Harian circuit, and
of Ponce DeLaon.
U la not known that title will be per
manent. and It Is generally believed
that Mr. Cardosa'a work In Richmond
will be complated In a few months.
Appraaehing Season.
With the approaching clone of the
theatrical season and the appearance
the harbingers of spring, the
thoughts of the seekers after pleasure
are turning Ponce DeLeon.
The season at the park promises to
be an unusually successful one. A num
ber of new amusements will be added,
