of tendering cotton by bears.
Weather conditions in the belt are sta
tionary; generally fair weather prevails and
temperatures sre rising. Southwest Texas
would welcome rain greatly.
The spot market Is quiet. Home cotton
was sold at concessions yesterday after
hours, and there Is some scattered business
today, but orders from abroad ore scarce.
The semi-weekly movement at Interior
towns shows little loss In stocks, which re
flects tbs decline In export demand.
New York, April 10.—The New York cot-
ton market waa very narrow, and Liverpool
rabies sre slightly above our parity. Spots
abroad displayed an Improvement In toue.
