On Totsdajr, Reptembor 25, 1868, the cere-

sonic Temple on Marietta street, now the

erecting a Masonic hall, which company
was duly Incorporated by the general as
sembly of Georgia In the same year. They
erected the second and third stories of a
building ou Decatur street, the corner stone
of whieh was Ink! on the 11th day of

C. R. O'Quinn and Nick Corrla, two
young white men charged with gam
bling In a pool room, pleaded guilty
to the charge before Judge Calhoun In
the criminal division of the city court
Wednesday morning.
A fine of $50 or six months In the
chalngang was Imposed upon O’Quinn,
while Corrls was given a fine of 150 or
eight months. In pleading guilty to
the charge, the young men stated that
they only bet ten cents on each game.
