Inc of the cotton market waa active. Fin
prices were 2ffS points lower. A feature
on the call waa heavy buying of July for

panic In the wheat market, as it ad
vanced lo under the buying orders that
were urgent In character. Tho govern
ment report for May showed a condl
tlon of 82.9 compared with 89.9 a month
ago. The acreage showed a heavy de
crcaso and a total crop of winter wheat
of 400,000,000 bushels Is Indicated. The
bears wore buyers, the bulls were buy
ers and Investors took hold.» Those to
