New York. May I3.-J. R. Itaoh* k Com-
psiy: There was a disposition to take
profits In tbe new crop months In Liver
pool this morning. In fact, longs refused
to realise Saturday on the heller that the
weather would continue unfavorable over
Rnnday. but when the Hundsy weatber map
reporting generally fair and warmer con
ditions, with no rain, was received this
morning, an unrestrained desire to take
profits was lo evidence. The far months
sold off about 1ft polnta, while tbe de
clines la the near positions were less wide.
There waa, ho waver, some demand on the
decline from the Houth. and recoveries took
place soon after the first half hour. The
remarkable feature of the present bull
movement Is the resistance to bear pres
sure on tb* declines and tbe quick rucov-
cries following all depressions. Mane art
firmly convinced that conditions warrant
much higher prices and are willing to buy
on all dips. Jaly seems practically tour-
