May
Was smiling welcome to the waking
June,
When all the fields with brightest hues
were gay
And all the air with sweetest sounds
attune;
Tour beauty made the envious roses
blush.
Tour voice poured forth a magic
melody,
' Which made the startled woodland
songsters hush,
That they might listen to Its rivalry.
And then you left us, but our griefs
alloy.
Which brings our saddened hearts a
gleam of cheer,
Is, that we knew even so brief a Joy,
And that your memory will linger
here
To' mingle ever, through the passing
! hours,
-1 ,Wlth song of birds and fragrance of
sweet flowers.

STEINWAY PIANOS
These figures show the number of satlgfled purchasers of the
8teinwsy, representing an outlay of upwards of $1,000,000,000.
As far as statistics can, they convey an idea of the pre-emi
nent standing of the 8telnway.
An analysis of these 122,000 8te in way owners proves that ■
they Include, In addition to the leaders of the musical world,
both professional and amateur, that part of the muslc-lovlng
public which insists on the best.
It would be difficult to find one of them who would willingly
part with hie Steinway or exchange It for any other make, or
who would not gladly testify that the 8t*lnway la the greatcet

For fifty-three years the Stelnwaye have created and led,
