They came bearing their battle-torn flags, their drume and their muaketa, and were headed by Congressman John Wesley Gaines, of Tennessee. Hart, the trustees of the University of Geor gia and the Georgia Normal and In dustrial College have filed'a bill against the Aetna Indemnity Company to re. cover (7,(44.87, alleged (o be due as a guarantee for the fulfillment of a con tract entered Into between tbe trustees and the Atlanta Fireproofing Company. The petitioners allege that In March, 1906, a contract was made with the Fireproofing Compuny for the erection of a building on the grounds of the Oeorgla Normal and Industrial College at Mltledgevllle, and that the Indemnity Company went on the bond of the lat ter for the faithful performance of the work.
