On Tuesday, June 11,1907, we will sell at public outcry 90 lots located just this side of Kirk wood, where the South Decatur (East Lake) car line crosses Boulevard DeKalb. All the lots lie at a fine elevation, on a commanding site overlooking Atlanta, and on a line with its magnificent of fice buildings. The Georgia Railway and Electric Co. is now double-tracking its entire line from the city to East Lake Junction. The increase in population along the South Decatur line calls for increased facilities. A new and attractive station is being erected right at the property we are going to sell. Thousands of dollars have been spent at the East Lake Country Club in beautifying the grounds and work will soon begin on a $40,000 club building. A number of modem and attractive country residences are being built therein fact, houses are being built all along the South Decatur car line. In the immediate vicinity of the property we are going to sell a great many handsome cot tages have just been built and are in course of construction. k : Some of the land along the East Lake car line, while it constitutes pretty scenery, is unsuited for residence property. The lots we are to sell are situated on a choice 1 ocation, they are strictly high grade, suited for residences, and good enough for anybody. It is a new thing for the Atlanta, Suburban Land Co. to put lots on the market. We don’t know any price; have no limit-on them; ] and are simply going to put them up and let them go to you at your own figure. , { Come out to a plain, honest, old-fashioned, fair and square auction, without any, up-set price or any by-bidding. /]i Cars will leave corner Alabama and Pryor Streets at 2:15, 2:45 and 3:15.
