Then Advance to $1.00 With great strides the development of the Georgia oil field is being accomplished. Our drilling tools are rapidly penetrating into the earth toward that vast treasure of crude petroleum which we have daily increasing evidences will be found before long. Day by day we are drawing nearer to the great profits which we feel are bound to be distributed in a few short months among our fortunate stockholders. And with each foot of progress we are adding to the already overwhelming proofs that a vast body of oil underlies all or much of our immense properties. Ever since we struck this show ing of oil in our second well late last week the precious fluid has been very much in evidence—in fact, it seems to be constantly appearing in larger and more noticeable quantities. We feel safe, therefore, in saying that never before have you had such a great opportunity of purchasing a stock at 40 cents on the dollar that had so little of speculation to it, and that at the same time promised so great returns in so short a time. For with every possible assurance of success right now before us—with every one of the many experienced oil men connected with this great enterprise, enthusiastic over the outlook—with 12,000 acres of oil property behind us—we can safely say that the development of oil in large quantities on these properties will make this stock soar in leaps and bounds to $50—$100—$200—all depending on the initial flow of oil. And all conditions on our properties are very similar to those encountered in drilling wells in Texas, where they get flows of oil as great as 90,000 barrels per day. Your opportunity of joining in with us in the development of this great oil field is growing limited. It is becoming but a inatter of a few days until the price of stock will be advanced from 40 cents per share to $1.00 per share—an advance in the value of the stock of 250 per cent in less than a week, with the chances of a much greater advance in the next few days. Steady Showing of Oil There Is a steady showing of oil from our second well oven after we have passed the point reached In our first one where a good showing of oil and natural gas was encountered. With this oil Is a flow of natural gas, the Invariable accompaniment of oil. as well as the enormous rock press'-re. This rock pressure Is said by all oil experts to come from the main oil deposit below and Is taken by all Texas oil men os a sure Indi cation of the presence of an Immense .volume of oil and gas In the lower strata. . It Is, therefore, with the greatest confidence and eagorncss that wo are pushing our development to the greatest possible extent so that wo 'may reach this vaaUstore of riches at the earliest >possible moment. Judg-. Ing from the conditions met with In Texas we will not have to go beyond a depth of 1,200 feet to do this and at the present rate of progress this will be accomplished at a tlmo about coincident with the advance In the prlco of shares—July 27th—next Saturday at midnight. "* If we are correct in our theory that the main oil deposit will 4>e found'ut a" depth not to exceed 1,200 foet, nnd wo reach that dopth by next Saturday, the shares will not only advance to $1.00 on that date, but will go soaring upward In value until they have reached a prlco of hun-" dreds of dollars. If wo are obliged to go deepor wo will continue to drill until we have reached this vast deposit of oil. We aro now propared to drill this well to a depth of 2,000 feet without ordering any additional material whatever, and we are told by all the many geologists who havo examined our properties that we will surely reach tho oil deposit nt^lesa than 1,500 feet.
