Here is the Plan A special offer has been inaugurated which enables every candidate in the race to secure at least one set of five new six months* subscriptions. Read this carefully: HERE IS THE PLAN Every candidate who brings or sends in a "club" of five new six months' subscriptions for The Geor gian and News between the dates of Wednesday, December 4, at 8 o'clock, and Saturday evening, December 14, at 10 o’clock, will be given an additional ballot good for 2,000 votes. ThisHs over and above the usual num ber of votes Issued. A new yearly subscription will count the same as two for six months, but orders for less than six months will count in tbs offer. Two thousand extra votes Will bo Issued for every set sent in. For In stance, If you were to send In live new six months subscribers or two for a year and one for six months, you would receive the regular number of votes and 2,000 extra votes. If a candidate should send In two sets they would be given 4,000 extra votes and so on for every set that they turn in they will receive 2,000 extra votes and you are at liberty to get as many sets as possible. The orders must oil be sent In together, that is, ai least enough to make one set must be sent in at the same time. In order to make this thoroughly plain, .say that you were to send In five new six months subscriptions you would then receive the regular number of votes, which Is 6,000, and the 2,000 extra votes, or say that you sent in two new yearly subscriptions and one for six months, you would then receive 2,400 votes for each of the yearly subscriptions and 1,000 votes for the six months subscription, which makes a total of 5,800 votes, and then you would receive the 2,000 extra votes, which would make the total for the set 7,800 votes instead of the 6,800 votes as formerly. A contestant may secure as many sets or clubs as possible and the 2,000 extra votes will be given on each and every one of the clubs that you may bring or send to the contest department of The Georgian and News. Remember this offer is for new subscriptions only and will not count on any old subscriptions. Extra votes will not be issued on any clubs for less than live six months subscriptions and they must be new sub scriptions. Changing from one member of the family to that of another will not count as a new subscription and if you stop your paper and start it again during the contest it will not be counted ns a new subscriber. In sending in your subscriptions for the special offer be sure to seild in at least one set at a time or as many sets ns possible, but be sure that you have at least five new six months subscriptions or they will not count. Send in two yearlles and a six months or one yearly and threo for six months or the five bIx months subscriptions, but anyway send at least enough to make a set in sending In the subscriptions for the special offer. Don’t send Jn the subscriptions separately, however, send the whole five at one time If you want the extaa votes. Remember that if you do not send the subscriptions in clubs they will not Count on the extra vote offer. All subscriptions must, as usual, be paid for In advance before the ballots will be issued. And remem ber that this offer is for ten days only and that it will positively close Saturday night, December 14, ut 10 o’clock. Old subscriptions do not figure on this offer, but the regular number of votes will be issued on the subscriptions. Now is the time to get into the race and make the most of the great offer. $75 FOR EARLY EFFORTS Two extra prizes will be (riven for early work to the two candi dates standing highest in the entire race Saturday, December 14th, which is the day the special offer closes, and every candidate in the race has the same equal chance to win one of the two prizes offered. They will be awarded as follows: The candidates receiving the highest number of • subscription votes in the entire race up to December 14th will receive fifty dol lars and the one receiving the second highest number of votes on subscriptions will receive twenty-five dollars. Only the votes which are given on the subscriptions will count on the early effort prizes, so be sure and get "every available subscription now while they count for so many votes and at the same time while they count on the special prize offer. Announcement as to the winners of the extra money offer will not be made publie until the end of the con test, as it would serve to give the others an idea as to who was get ting the most votes and they would then know just how many votes they would have to have to beat. The books of the contest depart ment will be carefully figured and then turned over to a committee to see that’the figures are correct and to verify so ns to insure every one in the race that they are receiving a fair and square deal.
