The. mill* and agents were opposed to al lowing the buyers to cancel and came out emphatically on this point. They were less emnhatlc on the matter 6f delivery, where It was rmstlble they let tho buyers have an extension oo the delivery of goods. It Is now stated by the first-hand factors that their leniency has been taken advan tage of and Imposed on and that some check must be put on the granting of ex tension*.
