Birmingham, Ala^Jan. 2.—The pro
bate Judge of Cullman county has Is
sued nine saloon licenses, on the
ground that the local option law un
der which the Saloons were voted out
Is unconstitutional.
The mayor Is said to be preparing
to Issue city licenses for saloons In the
city of Cullman.
■Cullman voted on December 8 for
prohibition. ‘She saloon men claim
that the prohibition law la unconstitu
tional because It makes exceptions of
counties which voted on the proposi
tion prior to December 12.
No test case has been started In
Birmingham, fho' statements are made

coin and Gusaue will recover. The
coin undoubtedly caved the man's life.
Mra. Kaminsky was not arrested, as

accident.
