Saturday night at 8 o'clock the great
special offers which have been In force
In The Georgian's great popular vot
Ing content for the past two weeka
will come to a close.
Those who have worked during this
period will reap a great harvest of ex
tra votes, and some will carry away
the three extra prises which are being
offered.
There Is no doubt but that this Is
most liberal offer, and those who have
not taken an Interest Jn IF during the
time In which It has byen running will
realise' that they have missed one of
the greatest opporiunltles of the entire
race. This Is positively the last extra
prize offer to be made.
There have been a great many In
qulrles as to the method In whlctt the
prizes will be awordrel so In order to
try to explain to everyone, we give the
following nianer In which the cnndl
dates will receive the prizes:
There are ninety-four prizes to be
awarded, and the candidate having the
highest number ot votes In the entire
contest at the close of the race will re
ceive first choice of the prizes. The
candidate hnvlng the largest number
of votes may select either the
automobile or the 31,000 In gold as the
first prize.
The second highest In the entire
race regardless of district limitations,
will receive the automobile or the
31,000, whichever Is left.
The candidate receiving the third
highest number of votes In the entire
race will be given a choice of the re
maining two capital prizes, the auto
mobile or the grand piano.
The candidate standing fourth will
receive whichever of the latter capital
prizes Is left.
Ah there are thirty districts, and
three prizes for each district, there Is
bound to be ninety district prizes.
These prises will be divided as fol
lows: The ten candidates .standing
highest In the thirty districts after
the grand capital prizes have beei
awarded will he given first choice o
a trip to Cuba or a piano. If these
ten each should take one of the 3350
Kingsbury pianos then the other
twenty district leaders would be given
a free trip to Cuba, with all expenses
paid. The question has been asked
from time to time It a contestant from
out of town can win one of the
pianos. If the candidates had read
carefully what has been repeatedly
written In these columns about the
plan of the contest and division of the
prizes they Would havo noted the
pianos ran bo won by any-candidates
In the race providing they are among
tho first ten district leaders In the con
test after the capital prizes have been
awarded.
The second highest one In each of
the thirty districts at the end of the
contest will receive one of the schol
arships but those among the thirty
standing second In each district who
have the largest number of votes will
receive first choice of the scholarships,
so that they may take one of the
scholarships to Kllndworth Musical
Conservatory, or to Cox College or to
Dixie Business College, as they may
select.
The candidate standing third In each
of the districts at the end of the race
will receive one of the gold watches
or one 'of the diamond rings. However,
the fifteen standing highest among
those who are third In their districts
will receive a choice‘of the diamond
rings or watches, and the other fifteen
contestants will receive the remaining
prizes, so that If the first fifteen con
testants each take one of the diamond
rlnrs, the remaining fifteen will receive
the watches, or vice versa.

are old subscriptions, they must pay
up arrears and at least one month In
advance. If persons now taking The
Georgian desire to vote In this contest,
all that Is necessary Is that they pay
up any arrears that they may owe and
pay for at least one month In advance.
