Lots on Peachtree Circle, West
minster Drive and Inman Circle
As heretofore announced, I have decided to use for my home site
the lot located in the northeast comer of Land Lot 105, in Ansley Park,
which I once offered to the Piedmont Driving Club as a site for the new
club house.
I have, therefore, decided to sub-divide Lot No. 1, in Block No. 11,
into 14 lots, ranging in size from 70 to 200 feet front.
These lots are near the entrance to the park and only one block
from Peachtree street, are elevated just enough to make them attract
ive, and are, therefore, some of the most desirable lots in Ansley Park.
They will be put up and sold to the highest bidder, regardless of
price.
Terms: One-third cash, balance in 1 and 2 years at 6 per cent.
