Women, which meets Monday after
noon, the resignation of Mrs. Warren
Boyd from the-presidency of-the organ-

dent of the Southern Association at
Knoxville this summer and her duties
In the larger sphere will necessitate her
resignation as president of the Georgia
branch.
Mrs. Boyd has planned an active
campaign thru the winter for the -ad
vancement of the organisation In other
states. She will visit Mississippi, Ala
bama and Louisiana Ip the Interest of
the Southern Association of College
Women during the winter. In the
Georgia branch, chapters will probably
be established In Macon and 8avannah
this year.

The wedding of Miss Ruth Willing
ham, of Macon, and Mr. Marmaduke
Williams Norfleet, of Winston-Salem,
C., will take place on Wednesd^t
evening, October 21, at 2 o’clock, at the
First Baptist church In Macon, and

that has ever taken place In that
church, noted for Its brilliant wed

several hundred guests, and afterwards
