TO WEDPRINCESS
End of Romance With Miss
Elkins Is Now
Certain.
LONDON. Dec. 14.—Dl, patches from
Romo indicate that the Italian coart
will give the Duke d'Abruxxt no more
opportunity to fall In love with a girl
that doea not belong to royalty.
Dowager Queen Margherlta, who was
reeponalble for shattering the romance
of the duke and Katharine Elkina, has
already begun negotiations for a mar
riage between the duke and a German
princess.
There Is no credence here In the re
port that Mlaa Elk Inn Is coming across
the ocean to wed the prince, but the
rumor* as to the royal choosing of a
German prince.* la generally believed.
Such a marriage would undoubtedly be
hailed with delight by Emperor William
as It would bind Italy cloaer to the Ger
man empire and help to preserve the
triple alliance.
TAFT MAY BE GUEST
AT CHAIM DINNER
Date To Be Set at the Next
Meeting and Speakers
Named.
The time and place of holding the annual
dinner of the Chamber of Commerce will be
decided at the postponed meeting of the di
rectors of the organisation to be held nest
Wednesday.
In view of the fact that Preaident-elect
William H. Taft will be a visitor to Augusta
at the time the dinner !■ held it la very prob
able that he will be invited to attend as the
guest of the Chamber of Commerce and to
head the ljst of speakers for the evening.
The newly-elected president has promised
Mayor-elect Robert F. Maddox and a delega
tion of cltisans that he would viat Atlanta
while on hia trip Sooth, and It la probable
that he may be induced to come to Atlanta
and attend the dinner.
Another important matter which will come
• for discussion at the meeting of the di-
ctora ii the suggestion that the rooms of
the Chamber of Commerce should be located
in the new auditorium-armory. One argu
ment advanced in support of the suggeattor
la that all conventions will in future be held
in the auditorium and that It would be most
convenient to have the Chamber of Commerce
located there.
The directors will alto wind up the year’s
business at the meeting inasmuch as tha
newly-elected officers will assume charge the
first of January.

CONSUMPTION
%
CATARRH SPECIALIST.
Th* Board of Health and a large
number of progressive physicians
have agreed upon the moat Im
portant point* necessary to the
proper treatment and cure of con
sumption and other lung diseases.
An early and accurate diagnosis
Is the drat and moat urgent ne
cessity to th* cure of these dis
eases. Too much time Is lost by
the family doctor, who haa no means
of telling one lung disease from an
other at the start. Consult a Spe
cialist before Incurable conditions
develop.
CONSUMPTION IS A GERM OISEA8=
and the only effective remedy
something that will reach directly
to the diseased spot In the lungs
nnd kill these germs. Dr. Dickerson
has proven this by his successful
and permanent cures by the us* of
hli _ ■
Treatment, the “OZONA
TOR TREATMENT,” which cures
by sending medication directly to
the seat of the disease, kills the
germs, clears out the lungs and
heals tha sore spots. -
Very frequently patients neglect
to consult a specialist because they
are afraid he will tell them they
have lung trouble, and they fear
nothing could then be done for
them. This la a mistake, for even
consumption. If discovered In Its
early stage, la aa easily cured as
any other disease.
Symptoms of th* early stages of
lung disease are so slight and de

cough or cold should be a warning
to consult a Specialist.
An 'examination by Dr. Dicker-
son’s X-Llght reveals Instantly the
extent, severity and stage of the
ailment. It enables tho doctor to
differentiate and not confuse ca
tarrh of the tubes with asthma, or
mistake consumption for bronchitis,
as Is often the case where the only
means of examining these puzillng
diseases has been to listen with the
ear from the outside or by thumping
the chest.
Dr. Dickerson can detect the
earliest stages of consumption,
bronchitis, asthma and catarrh be
fore the symptoms begin to nlarm
the patient and while there Is time
to CURE.
Do not waste time with doctors
who have not the proper infiann of
finding out whether you have lung
trouble or not. Do not pay any at
tention to those who condemn the
methods of expert specialists. Think
and act for yourself.
