JOHN J. WOODS IDE,
THE RENTING AGENT,
12 AUBURN AVE.
YOU- KNOW Fulton has miles of splendid boulevards
leading out—out from the city. On any sunny day
he, with his flying car and she, with Prince or Black
Beauty, may be seen coursing some one of these mag
nificent speedways.
THESE DRIVES are the one great panacea, filling
the lungs with air—fresh air, country air—tingling
the blood into even- recess; painting the rouge of
.health into the cheek.
IT IS FAST drawing people away from the stuffy
two by four city houses, and causing them to build
instead along some one of the great highways.
AND RIGHT NOW Druid Hills and Atkins Park are
in the spot-light, the cynosure of all eyes. Thousands
are trooping out to see them. For there is a growing
colony of our best citizens, who are building homes
that—well, it would take extravagant, adjectives to de
scribe them. Suffice to say that it’s the most sought
after, the best known, of any of Atlanta’s residential
parks.
RIGHT at the threshold, almost at the gateway, we
are offering some few lots. They are just as pretty
as those across the street. Not a shovel of dirt would
have to be moved. They slope to the front, face the
east, and are well shaded.

NOW, these lots, 100x200 to 300, can be had at less
than what you would say they are worth. We need
the money to develop the acre? of hill and valleys west
of it, or we would not sell at all.
JUST let spring open up and the trees put on their
green livery, and you will see the fairest scenic sight
that ever greeted your eyes.
IF YOU’RE going on a car out there to see these lots,
take the Inman Park to Moreland-ave. car, and get
off at Ponce DeLeon-ave., and walk on out Moreland
some 500 feet, to where you will see an unfurled flag
pennant. That is the beginning of the property, run
ning on out to a wire fence.
CHOOSE from the second, third and fourth lots—the
others are sold. Shall you make this your home, or
shall you envy the other fellowt
