These New Lingerie Frocks
Are Extremely Beautiful
Nowadays a woman simply can’t get along without a
pretty Lingerie Dress. It is a most useful garment, dain
ty and cool for afternoon wear, and thoroly correct for
informal evening functions. In fact, it fills so many de
mands, always looks so fresh and attractive and dressy, is
so easily cleaned that it is really a splendid investment.
We have in some new frocks that are charming in
their fresh, cool loveliness. Soft mulls and lingerie cloths,
fine sheer nainsooks, linen lawns, batistes, cotton voiles
and marquisettes, plain and embroidered, are used in fash
ioning these beautiful dresses. The laces and embroideries
are prettier and better this season than they’ve ever been.
The making is particularly good, too.
The styles are the best and most favored of the sea
son. Nothing extreme and freakish, hut good-looking and
thoroly'smart. Some of the dresses show high necks and
long sleeves, hqt many of them have cut-out necks and 3-4
or short sleeves. The skirts are made with over-draper
ies or strait flounces of embroidery and lace. Some of
these dresses show the smart new coat of transparent fil-
miness.
For commencement frocks, bridesmaid dresses and
general summer wear, these lingerie gowns are excellent.
Ready to put on, hut without the shoppy-"ready-made
element* they save greatly for you in time, energy and
money.
