BASIS OF LAWSUIT
A strip of land some 16 inches wide,
fronting on Baker-st., is the basis of a
warmly contested suit now being heard
before Judge Bell, in the superior court.
Mrs. Fannie M. Hudson is suing M. o.
Zschry to recover the land, which she
nays rightfully belongs to her. The strip
Is 16 inches wide at the front and 4 at
the back, running back more than 100
feet. The trouble arose over the pro
posed building of a rock wall between the
two lots, where a narrow fence had for
merly been. Napier, Wright & Cox and
Jesse M. Wood represent Mrs. Hudson,
while W. P. Thomson and Asa W. Can
dler represent the defendant.
