Why I Lost i• :
My Job
Reason* Why Thousands Like Me
Cannot Satisfy Their
Employers.
I believe my fate la not unlike-that
of thousands of other workers who
dally lose their places for reasons they
do not know, and probably would not
believe. When their laat pay envelope
cornea along. It Is usually, "Tour ser
vices no longer required." If the truth
were known, the reason for their un
ceremonious removal would probably
he that their usefulness was destroyed
because of soma mental worry, bodily
ailment or general indisposition, Those
things, as we all know, are the moat
/nilsful ea usas’n t falltira In all arnllfa
fruitful caueea*of failure In all walks
of life. The battle of Waterloo waa
lost because of a headache. In this
<iutck age our minds must bo clear,
i-aptd, active and free from outride In
fluence or worry, or else ws go down
to failure with the throng of “floaters"
who go from one place of employment
to another., giving no satisfaction to
others or ,to themselves, constantly
growing older and leas useful, with no
ambition, no will power, and no hope.
man the best that Is In him.
' man can use or get the best that is In
himself until he Is Ant free from all
fretful Indispositions and worries.
Thnt waa my trouble. I waa full of
troubles. That's why I lost my Job.
My stomach In the Arst placa was al
ways out of order, and I was worrying
about Jt and my mind grew cloudy, and
•low, ' 1 made mistakes, and grew
grouchy. That was the end.
There are thousands like me, rolng
shout with "quick lunch" faces, dys
peptic manners, and repulsive atmos
pheres. No employer wants such men's
. services.
Take my advice, A healthy etomach
is half the battle, for It keeps your
mind clear, and your face rosy, t have
a healthy stomach now and hold a good
position, and my employer Is sailsAed
and so am I.
I started to take Stuart's Dyspepsia
Tablets which I was told were good for
, the worst cases of Indigestion and dys
pepsia. The Arst two tablets made a
wonderful difference In my condition.
One Ingredient of Stuart's Dyspepsia

Joint Committee Urges Council
to Buy 250 Acres on In

If council follows the recommendu-

The board of health did not agree
with the other two bodies at the meet
ing Thursday afternoon, because the
purchase price of this land, 315,000, Is
to bo taken from the $50,000 crematory
fund. Tho members of this board want
to spend the whole 350.000 In providing
increased garbage disposal facilities on
the eame lot so the present crematory.
The recommendation to council pro

mately be built on Intrenchment creek,
hut the board: of health (Uso opposes
