Gen.Havclback had reached Lucknow af ter two victorious encounters, but owing to the woakened condition of his forces ho was compelled to return to Cuwnporo. News from China has been received which states that Admiral Seymour has proclaim ed a blockade of the Canton river. A meeting of the English Parliament is diortly expected.
