The following Ordinance baring been road the eecond time, at a previous meet ing, was put upon its third reading, and the Mayor and Council, In-their behall, in accordance with tbe abore Ordinance. Petition of Isaac Rosser for relief, taken up and referred te tbe Relief Commit tee. To amend the fifth Motion of aa Ordinance entitled aa “Ordinance far the preferring the peace, quiet, good order, and other purposes herein mentioned." fKAerau, “An Ordinance prohibiting any person or person* from ibootiog with 10 y firearmt within 900 yard* of any dwell, log or business home," not being ample to protect persons from danger ; and whereas’ tbe firing of guns and pistols in open grounds have subjected person* to mush danger and bodily injury j Btc. 1st, B* it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the city tf Atlanta, and it it here by ordained by the authority of the tame, That do person shall, after the ptsssgo of this Ordinance, shoot with any fire-arms within tha corporate limits of said city, un less it be i| a shooting gallery, wbiob shall be undgr tha sanction of said Mayor sod Coattail or by their permission on military paradsMaJw.'
