enforce a sale ol my printing establishment, I
determined to cease my connection with the
management of the paper, and therefore con
sented to an arrangement with Dr. Samuel
Bard to take charge of the publication and
management of the paper and Its different
departments, wilh the understanding and expec
tation that he would become the purchaser
ot the same at private sale at the price then
agreed on within a limited period ol time, but
having changed his mind, and declined the fur
ther publication and management ot the same,
I have, therefore, effected an arrangement with
Mr. William Wilson, who has long been con-
nectcd with the business department ol the In-
txlmoksckr Orvics, to continue the publica
tion ol the paper and the management ol all Its
departments, tor the present, upon his own re
sponsibility.
