M°o se R and Lizzie Morisett,dated Sept. 14, 1921, and recorded in Deed Book U, page 277, in the office of the Clerk of the Superior Court of Dade County, Georgia, reference to which is hereby made for full recital of its provisions and for the purpose of satisfing the innebted- ness and obligations therein men¬ tioned, default in payment having been made, the undersigned will offer for sale and will sell upon Tuesday, the 21st day of April, within legal hours of sale, at the front of the east door of the court house at Trenton, Ga., at public outcry to the highest and best bid¬ der for cash in hand, and in bar of the equity of redemption and all exemptions inaccordance witbterms and provisions of said security deed, the following described real estate, in the nth District and 4th Sec¬ tion of Dade county, Georgia. FIRST TRACT Commencing at Sweet Field Fence at rock corner; thence run¬ ning southward to a wire fenee; thence with the wire fence to a spring; thence eastward direction with the fence to a rock corner at the ditch ; thence southward with the ditch to a rock corner; thence west with the fence to a rock cor¬ ner of original fine; thence south with the orginal line to a rock corner; thence in a westward dir¬ ection to a Post Oak corner on the branch; thence south to 11 post oak cojner ; thence west direction to the fence to a double post oak corner; thence north with con¬ ditional line to a rock corner; thence a westwardly direction to a rock corner; one hundred and fifty yards to a rock corner with conditional line; thence eastward with the fence to a rock corner; thence northward to jthe begin- ing corner; said tract containing 69 acres more or less, being part of Lot No. 231 in the nth Dis¬ trict and 4th Section of Said State and County. SECOND TRACT Beginning at a rock running eastward with original line to a rock corner; thence northwest direction to a rock corner; thence south direction to a rock corner; t hence eastward direction to the beginning corner; containing 6 acres, more or less, being part of Lot No. 249 in the nth District and 4th Section of said State and County. THIRD TRACT Commencing on the east and west rovd on a rock corner at the southwest corner of the sweet field fence, the same joining the lands of F. N. Guinn; thence run¬ ning in a northward direction 15 feet east of the sweet spring now- owned by F. N. Guinn, and, strait on to the east and west orig¬ inal line, the same joining the land on the Georgia Iron and S'eel Company and being part of Lot No. 251 of the nth District and 4th Section of said State and County ; thence running eastward with said original line to Lot sold, now owned by Ilcry Riardian to a rock corner; thence south with said lot to a corner; thence east with said lot and the land of E. J. Forester to a corner rock; thence north back to original line; thence on eastward with said original line ,to a rock corner between the land of E. J. Forester and A. D. Hat¬ field ; thence southward on con¬ ditional line between E. J. For¬ ester and A, D. Hatffeld to a rock corner between the lands of E. J. Forester, Noah Forester and A. D. Hatfield; thence westward with a conditional line between the lands of E. J, Forester and Noah Forester to a rock corner on original line; and part of Lot No. 250; thence south with said original line to a post oak tree for a corner; thence westward with a conditional line to a fen oak marked and onward in a westward direction to a rock corner on east of the sweet field fence; thence southw-ard on a conditional line to the said east and west road to a rock corner; thence west ward with said rock back to the beginning corner; the same being parts of Lots of Land No. 250 and 251,and in the nth District and 4th Sec¬ tion of said County and State. The mineral right is reserved in Lot 251 not conveyed. The same contains 65 acres,more or less, and sold by E. J. Forester to W. T. Free and Sallie Free on the day and year above written. FOURTH TRACT Commencing at a rock corner on the original line; thence south to a rock corner; thence south to a rock corner on the public road; thence west to a rock corner on the original line; thence north with said original line to the com¬ mencing corner; containing 6 acres, more or less, the same being a part of Lot No. 255 in the nth District and 4th Section of sa'd County and State. Sold as the property of William M. Morisett and Lizzie Morisett and to divest out of said William M- Morisett and Lizzie Morisett, their assigns, and each and all of them,'all right, tittle and interest that they may have in and to said property and vest the same in the purchaser. Bradford of Lookout Mt. were the week end guest of the latters mother, Maggie Forester. Most of the sick people here are improving. Aunt Sallie Carter and Mat- tie Payne were the week end guest of Mrs. E. H. Forester. Chester Forester of Shepherd, Tenn., was visiting his mother, Mrs Maggie Forester on Sun¬ day. The people of this place are planning on an Easter egg hunt Saturday evening at the church. The young people of t^is place enjoyed a fine singing at L. E. Bradford’s Sunday after¬ noon. NEW SALEM We are glad to note that the sick of our community are im¬ proving. Shelton Austin of Rising Fawn was in our community, Sunday. J. H. Bradford who is em ployed in Chattanoega spent the week end with home folks. Mrs R. C. Adkins is on the sick list this week. James Forester who is em¬ ployed in timber work in the valley spent the week end with Mrs. Collins and family. A. C. Adkins who had the misfortune of getting his leg n hurt has returned home. Miss Mittie Moore spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. Jim Warren. M- G. Bradford made a busi¬ ness trip to Trenton, Friday. Roy and Howard Forester of Cave Springs was visiting re¬ latives he-ie Sunday. Piney Grove Misses Ella and Hattie Wade of Chattanooga spent the week end with their mother, Mrs- Wade. Ross Sullivan of Whiwell, Tenn.. spent the week end with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. C. Sullivan. Eugene Taylor has recover¬ ed from a long illness, Mrs. W. P.
