Wildwood. th«first station in
t lis county south of the Tenne-
see state line, is experiencing a
building boom.
Dr. J. M. Wellborn has re¬
cently completed and moved
into his seven thousand dollar
our,galow overlooking the high¬
way, and is now having erected
a store building on the pike,
which when completed and in
ufewiilbethe only drugstore
m the county.
R. S. Townsend, popular
agent for the A.G S. Railroad
and postmaster at VViidwood
in addition to being Justice of
the Peace of that district, is
laying down material for the
construction of a store house
fronting the pike and opposite
the Wellborn drug stole.
We predict for this little town
much progress and would ac -
vise the public to keep its eyes
on Wildwood.
Now that Dade Co. will soon
have a Drugstore, we wonder if
some enterprising man with a
little money won’t start us a
bank? We believe it would be
a paying proposition.
