Atlanta. Ga.—One of the largest and
best exhibitions of poultry, pigeons
and water fowls will be shown at the
1925 Foutheastern Fair, which will be
held at Lakewood, October 8, through
the 17th, when all of the leading poul¬
try raisers will he here.
Poultry exhibitors especially are
planning for an unusually good
showing this year, and reports
throughout the State aije very encour¬
aging Farmers are emphasizing the
value of culling the flock, and it will
be the intentions this year to show
that a little time and careful selection
will produce the best stock of laying
and eating poultry on the farm.
There is always a good market for
chickehs and eggs, and the Southern
farmer has realized that fact long ago,
and many of the largest poultry rais¬
ers ic the Southeast have enlarged
their quarters and the best of the lot
will be shown at the 1925 Southeast-
ern Fair in October in Atlanta.
The poultry, pigeon and water fow'
show will be held on the first floor
of the Agriculture Building, which has
bean equipped with every modern con¬
venience for poultry exhibits.

Atlanta Kennel Club dog show will be
held October 13, 14 and 15, 1925, in
connection with the 1925 Southeastern
Fair and a great canine exhibit is be¬
ing planned by members of the ken¬
nel club.
