through Dade County to the Geor-
gia-Ah»bama state line at a total
amount of expenditure not to ex-
ceed $2,000 per mile tor surface
treuting; the Mate Highway De- j
partmen to prepare the present
foundation for surface treatment
and bear the expense of prepara-
tion of the present foundation and

ing the foundation, Dade County
