That petiitioners together with
their associates desire to be in¬
corporated under the name of
Lookout Valley Canning Com¬
pany for the period of twenty
years with the right to renew
said charter at the expiration
said time. The object of
Corporation pecuniary gain and
to carry on and maintain the
business of buying, selling and
manufacturing food and dairy
products of all kinds, canning
and marketing food stuffs,manu¬
facturing brooms and dealing in
farm products of every kind and
character. They desire the right
to rent, own and operate farms,
to buy and sell real property for
corporate purposes, to make con¬
tracts, borrow money, execute
evidences of indebtedness includ-
ing promissory notes and bonds
and to execute mortgages, deeds
of trust and security deeds to
secure snch indebtedness and to!
do any and all acts that may be!
necessary in operating their busi-
ness.

The principal offices of said
business will be in Dade Connty,
Georgia. The capital stock of (
said corporation shall be $5,000.

shares of commor. stock of a par
value of $50 00 per share of
equal dignity. Petition¬
ers desire to begin business when
ten per cent of the capital stock
is paid in and desire the right to
have the subscriptions to said
capitol stock paid in money or in
property, real or personal, cor¬
poreal or incorporeal at a fair
valuation.

corporation may have the right
to elect a board of directorf by a
vote of its stockholders, to enact
by laws for its government not
in conflict with its charter and
through their boa-id of directors
make all proper and necessary
rules and regulations that may
be proper and expedient for
carrying on their business. Said
corporation to have and use a
corporate seal.
Wherefore Petitioners file this
Petition at the Office of the
Clerk of the SuperiorjCourt and
pray that after the same has
been advertised as required by
law that the court by proper
order grant this Petition.
