the legal hours of sale on the first Tues¬
day in June, 1935, the following describ

and accessories.
To be sold as the property of Mau-
rine Scruggs, nee Maurine Weaver, to
satisfy a mortgage fi fa issued by the Su
perior Court of said county on May 2nd
1935, in favor of Prudential Loan and
finance Company for $130.00 and cost.

ecuted and delivered to Caldwel
and Company a certain security
deed conveying the ppoperty

an indebtedness as therein set

being hereby made for its terms

Whereas, the said Caldwell and

said receivers acquired all of all

ed from a visit with relatives
at Roanoke, Ala. They were
accompanied home by Mrs.
Forester’s sisters, Misses Au¬
drey und Nellie Kate Hester.

of Brownsville, Texas will ar¬
rive in Dade County about
June 3, to spend the sum¬
mer with relatives. Mc-
Gehee will have served his 3b
years service in the army on
May 31st, from which he re¬
tires. Mrs. McGehee will he
remembered as Miss Bertha
Forester, daughter of Mr. and
Mrs. G. W. Forester, of Clover-
dale.

The Rev. John W. Stewart
ofBenton, Tenn., was calling
on old friends in Trenton last
Friday. Rev. Stewart was a
former Dade County hoy and
came over to attend the deco¬
ration exercises at Byrds
Chapel last Saturday. He
has many loved ones in t h e
cemetery there. We are always
glad to welcome you, John.
