The aforesaid property levied on
and to be sold as the property of the
property of the Lookout Mountain In¬
vestment Company to satisfy a tax fi
fa for State, County and School Taxes
for the year 1932 issued by W. B.
Cureton, Tax Collector, against said
Lookout Mountain Investment Compa¬
ny, and tax fi fas for the years 1933
and 1934 issued by K. H. Davis, Tax
Collector of said County, for State,
County and School District taxes for
the years 1933 and 1934.
The aforesaid property being diffi¬
cult and expensive to transport, same
will not be carried to the place of
sale, but the sale will be had at the
courthouse door of said county, and
the property herein described delivered
to the purchaser or purchasers at the
Hotel Building, known as the Lookout
Mountain Hotel, located on Lookout
Mountain in said County.
