Jr., A. T. Parker and Mrs. Garia
Foster, hereinafter called peti¬

the name of RISING FAWN
SLAG & STONE COMPANY.

be that of purchasing, owning
crushing, processing and selling
or exchanging, and generally
trading and operating in
stone, rock and all other
