Double “ Event” Excites
The Jones - Just
Another Day to Bull
“Beauty,” the gentle cow of Mr
and Mrs. John T. Jones of Look¬
out Mountain, wondered what
all the excitement was about.
The cow is in double trouble.
But the jones strutted about—
as proud as new parents.
“Beauty” gave birth to twin
calves early Tuesday.
Both are strong and healthy
and indentical with blare faces.
Both are girl calves.
The papa, also owned by the
Jones, grazed contentedly In the
pasture, ignoring it all. After
all, it was nothing to him. Last
year he papa-ed twin calves for
a cow of the Monroe McKaigs.
The Jones were too busy pet¬
ting “Beauty” to think of names
for the new-arrivals.
