these general presentments.
On t4ie report of tilts committee
appointed at the .March term to
examine County accords, we adop
ted the following resolution : Re
solved that the report of the com
mittee appointed by the last grand
juw to examine public records, is
incomplete and not satisfactory to
tins body, but that some be sub
mitted in our general presentments
Following this, we adopt the re
port ot our special committee at
■his term, or financial condition
of the county and make Hie sum';

We recommend that the public
road from Mark Hales south to the
Potter bluff he straightened, so as
to put it back on the original road
bed , about the line of the 103.8 and
1129th districts, and that this
change be made at the first road
working in n<>xt year.—We find
most of the public roads in good
condition.
We find that no improved town
property was put on the tax digest
foi 1*92 and 1893 for A. S. Fricks
\Vhde we find that be had such
properly, which we consider worth
tbree thousand dolhtis at that time
and we on 11 attention of Tax Coi

complaint about their every day i
dinner meals not being well cooked

and that they he furnished with
dry clothes to sleep in. At Rising
Fawn wo found' that eighty-five
convicts and none in hospital,
heard i.o con.plaint whatever, and
saw no grounds for any, in fuel we
do not believe there is a convict
camp in the state better kept.
