of any countv under certain con
ditions which will enable any
county to adopt a modified no fence
law.
When adopted in a county it
will mean that three straits of wire
or three planks >.r poles placed at r
given distance from the ground
shall constitute a lawful fence.
It will mean: seep up your
hogs, sheep and goals, and wh?n
adopted by popular vote, instead
of stopping liog holes you simply
stop the hog.
