The Milledgeville Banking Co
Recently purchased 78 shares of the
capital stock of this hank paying
$122.00 per share for same. The di
rectors have re'ircd 38 shares of the
stock making their capital 50,000.00
instead of 58,800.00 as it was formerly.
The Bank disposed of the remaining
40 shares at tlie price paid for them.
As an evidence of the faith our people
have in this prosperous financial insli
tution, there were applications for 127
shares and the Bank had only 40 shares
to sell.
Judge G. T. Wiedenman, the l’re.-i-
dent of this Bank, has been at its head
since the organization, and a metre
level-headed business man cannot la-
found in Milledgeville. To the expe
rience and good judgment of the pres
ident is added the rapid and correct
work of a faithful and reliable cashier.
Miller S. Bell, is 0. K. In him all
the elements of a successful banker are
happily blended—clear-headed, quick,
reliable, polite, a successful future
awaits him.
