This is perfectly phenominal,
Something that was never done
before by any similar preparation.
Why is this true ?
BECAUSE,
1st. It’s something that peopho
must and will have.
2nd. It’s healing and cures.
3rd. Makes the skin smooth,
soft and white.
4th. It not only cures chapped
skin but it prevents it from chap
ping.
5th. It is not a cosmetic but
made from Quince seed, and an
antiseptic that heals,
6th. No Barber shop or Ladies
dresser is complete without it.
7th. Every home that once
uses it gets it again.
8th It’s used by all, those with
the most delicate complexion, by
men after shaving, by children,
by the high and the low, by the
rich and the poor.
ALL, ALL USE IT.

The present prospect is that very
few pupils will withdraw from the
school at Christmas; a smaller pro
portion, probably, than ever before.
Every place left vacant will be prompt
ly filled. President Chappell has al
ready issued certificates to twenty-two
new pupils who will begin Jan. 1st,
and doubtless there will be a number of
others before that date. The school
will be full to its capacity.

The New Pastor.
Rev. M. L. Underwood, the new pas
tor ot the Methodist Church, arrived in
the city Saturday afternoon, and
preached his first sermon Sunday
morning, to a large congregation. He
was listened to attentively, and made a
deep impression upon his hearers. He
is an easy and graceful speaker, and
talks as one who has a thorough
knowledge of the deep things of the
Bible. At the meeting of the Y - M.
C. A. in the afternoon, Mr. Underwood
was present, and made a short talk.
Union services were held at night, the
Presbyterian and Baptist congregations
uniting with the Methodist. Mr. IJn-
derwood is heartily welcomed to our
