4. The principal place of business

than FIVE THOUSAND in number,
to be paid for by the stockholders at
the rate of TWENTY-FIVE (25c)

and forfeitures shall make the
amount paid in equal to $100.00 for
the share.
6. The petitioners desire the right
to sue and be sued, plead and be im
pleaded, to have and use a common
seal, to make all necessary by-laws
regulations and constitutions, to do
all other things that may be necessary
for the successful carrying on of a
building and loan association, includ
ing the right and power to buy, hold
and sell real estate anil to receive and
hold liens thereon, and to buy, hold
and sell personal property and receive
and hold liens thereon for the pur
poses of the corporation and to exe
cute notes and bonds as evidences of
indebtedness incurred, or which may
be incurred in the conduct of the af
fairs of the corporation and to secure
‘.he same by mortgage, security deed
or other form of lien under existing
laws, or here after passed.
7. Petitioners desire that said cor
poration may have the right to elect
a board of diiectors or managers with
the power to conduct and contr! the
affairs of the corporation, same to be
elected by the stckholders thereof
with the power of the said directors
or managers to elect a president, vice-
president and secretary and treasurer
and also and an attorney at law as
legal adviser and abstractor for said
corporation and a committee to pass
on loans and such other officers and
committees as may be found necess
ary to the proper conduct of the cor
poration, on such terms and arrange
ments a s said directors or managers
may in their discretion s ee proper and
necessary.
8. Petitioners desire he right and
nower to fix entrance fees for stock
holders, and to prescribe fines and
nenalties and forfeitures on stock
holders failing to pay or comply with
the rules, regulations and by-laws of
the corporation and fix with-drawa'
charges on any stockholder with
drawing from the association, and to
fix the times of payment of dues.
9. Petitioners desire to have all
such other rghts and powers. privi
leges nnd immunities as are incident
to like corporations or permissible un
der the law 8 of Georgia.

1 per cent, or 5.100 mills.
To pay Inquests, a Tax of 3.1000
of 1 per cent or 3.100 mills.
For support of Prisoners and Jail,
a Tax of 4.1000 of 1 per cent, or 4.10
mills.
For support of Paupers, a Tax of
5.100 of 1 per cent, of 5.10 mils.
For Public roads, a tax of 4.10 of
1 per cent, or 4 mills.
F'or repairs of Public Buildings, a
tax of 2.10 of 1 per cent, or 2 mills.
F'or equipment of Court House and
Jail, a tax of 1.10 of 1 per cent, or 1
mill.
F'or Supplies for County Officers, a
tax of 25.1000 of 1 per cent, or
25.100 mills.
To pay Salary and Fees of County
Officers, a tax of 117.1000 of 1 per
cent, or 117.100 mills.
To pay Interest, a tax of 3.100 of
1 per cent, or 3.10 mills.
To pay County Indebtedness for
Bridges, a tax of 4.10 of 1 per cent,
or 4 mills.
To pay other County Indebtedness,
a tax of 15.100 of 1 per cent, or
1-1.2 mills.
To pay Salary and Expenses of
Commissioners of Health, a tax of
1.10 of 1 per cent, or 1 mill.
And the Tax Collector of said
County is hereby ordered to assess
and collect for the use of the said
County of Baldwin for the above pur
poses for the year 1920 a tax of one
