The capital stock of said corpora,
tion shall be $10,000.00 with the
privilege of increa.-ing the same to
the sum of 850,000.00 by a majority
vote of the stockholders, said stock
is to be divided into shares of $100

The petitioners desire the right to

further desire the right to issue com
mon and preferred stock in such pro-
