We, the committee, appointed to
inspect the court house, jail, and
records of the Sheriff’s office, wish
to submit the following report:
We have examined the records
the Sheriff’s office and find them
good condition and properly kept
sofar as our knowledge extends.
We have examined the county jail
and congratulate our sheriff for the
splendid manner in which he keeps
the jail and its ground*.
We have also inspected the
ty court house and find same in very
poor condition, and we therefore
recommend that a rest room be pro
vided by the county in the county
court house.

County, covering a period since the
last convening of your Honorable
Body, namely, July Term, 1925

thoroughly sanitary throughout
We feel that the Warden should
be complimented very highly in the
efficient manner in which they handle
this camp. The beds are unsusually
clean, kitchen and dining room also,
in fact the entire camp is Well kept.

Creek, on the Scottsboro Road,
the causeway through the Oconee
River and the Fishing Creek ' bot
toms and the construction of the
Scottsboro Highway from Fishing
Creek to the branch at Barnes Hill.
Under the agreement with the High
way Commission these warrants will
be paid by the Treasurer out of funds
derived from the county’s portion of
the gasoline tax. We have already,
