and in all supplies, devices, machin
ery, apparatus and emplements used
in such businness or in connection
there-with.
Pur. 5. The capital stock of said
corporation shall be $10,000.00, with
the privilege of increasing the same
to the sum of $25,000.00 by a maj
ority vote of the stock holders, said
stock to be d ( vided into shares of
$100.00 each. Ten per cent of the
amount of capital to be employed by
them has been actually paid in.
Par. 6. Petitioners desire hte right
to have subscription of said capital
stock paid in money or in property
to be taken at a fair valuation.
Par. 7. Petitioners further desire
issue common and preferred stock

necessary by-laws' and regulations
and amendments thereto; to acquire
and pay for in cash, stock o rbonds

good will, rights, assets), and property
and to .assume all or any pan. of the
obligation of any person, firm, asso
ciation or corporation; to own the
capital stock or bonds of other corp
orations, to do all thingw that may
be necessary or incident to the

they may be made a body corporate,
