Pages 535-537 in the Super ior Court, clerk’s office of said coun ty; and that said charter will expire on July the 15th, 1928 next,—refer ence is made to said record a* may he necessary in this procedure. That said corporation is a bene volent institution having for its pur pose and object of giving aid to the sick and * , eedy of its membership, to properly ecently bury the dead and to propng'ite the teaching of the Christian religion and therefore i« not for -he purpose of pecuniary gain nnd has no capital stock. 3. Upon motion made and unanimously carried, the trustees were directed to employ le gal c«»un*el for the purpose of having proper steps taken in the Superior Court of Baldwin county for the re vival and renewal of such charter.
