Spain resigned as com mandant of the Cadets at the Mili tary College to accept the position of assistant profesor of mathematics at the School of of Technology in At lanta Capt. R. T. Crawford, of South Caroilna, a graduate of the Citadel, was elected to succeed him. Milledgeville has been honored with the location of the Girls In dustrial School. It is a compliment to the Old Capital. To say that our people thank the State of Georgia for this honor but feebly expresses the sentiments and gratitude of our whole people. We accept the honor with our best bow. We shall do our best by it We will treayurc it as one treasures the best he loves.
