That at a meeting of the stock holders held for that purpose on June 12, 1928. which wa* the annual meeting of stockholders, a resolution was adopted by the affirmative vote of more than two-thirds of the entire capital stock of said corporation pro viding that it surrender its charter and franchise and be dissolved, certified copy of this resolution be ing hereto annexed as exhibit A RESOLUTION Resolved by the Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Milledgcvillc that bonds be issued in the aggregate sum of $95,530.26, which amount is the aggregate amount remaining unpaid of the assessments made by resolution of said Mayor and Aldermen on October 1, 1928, to cover the cost of paving and improving of said Street Improvement Section or Zones No. 18, 22, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31, 32, 33, 35, 43, 45, 46 in said City.
