H. Andrews, E R. Lawrence and Leon Callaway attended the Tech-Alabama football game in Atlanta Saturday. Mr. S. D. Stembridge spent Mon day in Macon, where, he was sum moned to sene on the United States Court jury. Mrs, L. S. Kelly and children, of Atlanta, have been visiting at the home of Mrs. Kelly’s father. Rev. J. F. Yarbrough, the past week. Dr. and Mrs. J. R. Cowan have returned to their home in Danville, Ky., after a week’s visit to the home of Dr. and Mm H. D. Allen. Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Henderson and little daughter, Dorothy, spent the week-end visiting relatives in Gaines ville. Dr. Geo. L. Echols, Dr. J. C. Ad cock and Mr. John Mathews are spending this veek on the coast fish ing and hunting. Mr. Marshall Bland, Jr., came down from Atlanta, and spent Sunday and ■Monday with his parent**, Mr. and Mrs. M. H. Bland. The friends of Mm A. I. Butts will regret to lenrn that her mother, Mrs. Martha Pool, is quite ill at her home. Mr. and Mrs. Miller S. Bell have returned from Atlanta, where they spent the past week attending the session of the North Georgia Con ference. Mr. J. C. Pickens and Mr. Mrs. G. N.
