Two scholarly papers presented at
the regular February meeting of the
Doctors Academy of tne Georgia
State College for Women, aroused
considerable ir erest and discussion;
one, by Dr. Thomas B. Meadows on
“A Statistical Study in Education’
and the other by Dr. George Harris
Webber on “Professional Training
of Teachers."
During the regular business session
which preceded the program, Dr.
Juanita H. Floyd was elected active |
member of the chapter and the fol
lowing officers were chosen for next
year: Dr. J. L. Beeson, president;

Dr. Alice C. Hunter, secretary and
