undersigned on the 19th day of May,
1927, the undersigned will sell at
public outcry before the Court House
doors in said county within the hours
of Sheriff’s sale to the highest bid
der in cash on the first Tuesday in
May, 1929, the following property
to-wit:
One-half undivided interest in all
that tract or parcel oi land, situate,
lying and being in the 318th District,
G. M| Baldwin county Georgia, con
taining 2650 acres, more or less, and
known as the Jewell place. Said
tract of land is bounded on the West
by the Dixie Highway leading from
Milledgeville to Eatonton; on the
East by the Oconee River; on the
North by the Johnson place and the
Humber place; and on the South by
lands of Hugh Montgomery and the
Hall place.
The proceeds of said saie will be
applied first to the payment of two
promissory notes executed by the
said W. T. Garrard to the undersign
ed on May 19th, 1927, one note for
$3663.62 principal plus $366.34 in-,
terest to May 1, 1929, and one note j
for $5771.85 plus $577.20 interest
to May 1, 1929. The balance ofj
said proceeds will be paid to the
legal representative of said W. T.
Garrard.
Good and sufficient fee simple
deed will be made to the purchaser
by the undersigned.
