Greene died at hh» home in Hancock county Friday night. The funeral taervfcjes were held Sunday afternoon, at four o’clock, Rev. W. A. Maxwell, pastor of the Devereaux Methodist church -jificia*.- ing. The burial was in the family burial ground. Mr. Greene for a number of yeats was one of Hancock's most success ful farmers, and accumulated consi derable property. He was well known in Milkdgeville. Mr. Greene is survived by one sis ter, Mrs. W. L.
